To cancel your subscription, first login to ProAI and navigate to the Account Security section.

Once here, select ‘Cancel Subscription’.

Your subscription will cancel automatically and you will no longer be billed. Note that you will continue to have access to your ProAI subscription until the expiry period, but it will not automatically renew.

To delete your entire account, along with all data you have uploaded to ProAI, select ‘Delete Account’. This will also cancel your subscription, but you will no longer have access to your account and your data and files will be deleted and not retrievable.
